• Public Health Worker (PHW): 180 Posts

12th pass & Govt approved, Senetory Inspector course passed or Multy Purpose Health Worker course passed Govt. approved Computer basic course passed

Salary: Rs. 10000/- per month

• Field Worker (FW): 384 Posts

Minimum 8th pass, Must be knowledge for bicycle driving

Preference will be given to Health related work experience

Salary : Rs. 7100/- per month

Age Limit : Not more then 30 years

Selection Process : Selection will be based on written test / interview.
